Unless the work of art that you are holding is registered with the banker Art Museum and all of the appropriate fees are paid yearly, appraisals and registrations are invalid. Keep your registration and appraisals current.
If you accept a work of art that was not originally registered, you must then pay all past registration fees that were ignored before the Banker Art Museum can issue you a valid certificate.
A house, a car, or a pedigree animal is useless without its appropriate papers. The same is the case with art. The world is full of forgers, copyright infringers, and those with vested interests in hood-winking the public. To protect your investment in art, make certain that it is registered with the Banker Art Museum at all times. Without this, we cannot be sure who has what and thus protect the owners. Unregistered art and documents are unofficial from the eyes of the museum and its members. Do not accept unregistered pieces!
